This 8 hour class, taught by an American Red Cross certified instructor, will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and care for injuries, sudden illness, and breathing/cardiac emergencies in adults. The first-aid section includes how to handle burns, wounds, sprains, fractures, and hypo/hyperthermia.
Students will receive an Adult CPR certificate valid for one year and a First Aid certificate valid for 3 years. This class is recommended for students enrolled in the USCG Course. Pre-enrollment is necessary. Sorry, no walk-ins.
